1. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the fd9999 Platform. fd9999 will conduct age verification checks prior to processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age cannot be verified to fd9999's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending further review.
👤 Single Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the fd9999 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fd9999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel any pending bets, and withhold or void any bonus balances associated with those accounts.
🚫 Restricted Persons
The following persons are not eligible to hold an fd9999 account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law; (c) employees, contractors, consultants, directors, and immediate family members of fd9999 and its affiliated entities; (d) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling more generally.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
💰 Deposits
fd9999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected Visa and Mastercard accounts. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your fd9999 account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. fd9999 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
💳 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been used to make a prior deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals requested via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. fd9999 reserves the right to apply additional processing time where enhanced verification checks are required. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
🔍 KYC & Verification
Before processing any withdrawal, fd9999 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fd9999 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
⚠️ Suspicious Transactions
fd9999 operates an anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring programme. Any transaction that is flagged as unusual, inconsistent with normal player behaviour, or potentially connected to unlawful activity may be held pending investigation. fd9999 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to withhold funds during any investigation period without incurring any liability to the player.
3. Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets
fd9999 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to individual offer terms which will be published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all fd9999 promotional offers unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
🎁 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific offer terms at the time the bonus is issued. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible game categories contribute to wagering progress unless stated otherwise.
📅 Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds carry an expiry period, which will be specified in the relevant offer terms. Bonus funds that remain unplayed or whose wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice. fd9999 is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
🚫 Bonus Abuse
Any behaviour that fd9999 reasonably considers to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics rather than engage in genuine play; using third-party software to complete wagering requirements; or coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus profit — will result in immediate suspension of the relevant bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
4. Betting & Gaming Rules
🏏 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on the fd9999 Platform are subject to acceptance by fd9999. fd9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion at any time prior to the commencement of the relevant event. Bets are only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued and displayed to the player. In the event of a discrepancy between the bet slip and the confirmed bet record held by fd9999's systems, the system record shall prevail.
⚡ Erroneous Odds & Palpable Errors
Where fd9999 publishes an odds price that is clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, human error, or any other cause — fd9999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at that price and to return stakes to the affected players. fd9999's determination of what constitutes a palpable error is final. Players who deliberately seek out and exploit obviously erroneous odds may have their accounts suspended and relevant winnings voided.
🎲 Casino & Game Rules
Each casino game available on the fd9999 Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a malfunction of any casino game — including but not limited to connection failures, software crashes, or server errors during a live game round — the round shall be declared void and all stakes for that round shall be returned. fd9999 accepts no liability for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of stakes.
🤖 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fd9999 Platform:
- Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or any software that places bets without direct human action.
- Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting price differences across markets.
- Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
- Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to manipulate the fd9999 Platform's software, servers, or data feeds.
- Any conduct that fd9999 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.
5. Account Security & Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fd9999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. fd9999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.
🔑 Password Security
You must choose a strong, unique password for your fd9999 account and must not share it with any other person. 6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

⚖️ Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fd9999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your fd9999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
🌐 Third-Party Services

🔌 Service Interruptions

8. Responsible Gaming

💳 Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their fd9999 accounts at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before becoming active, to ensure the decision is made with appropriate deliberation.

Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time without providing a reason. Players who feel that gambling is causing harm may request permanent self-exclusion, which will be processed within 24 hours. During any exclusion period, the player's account will be closed to deposits, bets, and access. fd9999 will also take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from receiving promotional communications.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and fd9999 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through fd9999's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.

If you wish to raise a complaint, please contact fd9999 support by email at the address listed in the footer of this page, providing your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation. fd9999 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receiving all required information.
📋 Final Decisions
fd9999's decision on any complaint or dispute that has passed through the full internal review process shall be final and binding on both parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law. fd9999 reserves the right to record all relevant communications and transaction data in connection with any dispute for the purpose of internal review.
10. Amendments & Account Termination
fd9999 may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Players who do not agree with any revision may close their account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance before the effective date of the change.
fd9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player's conduct is determined to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players; fd9999 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation; or the player has not logged into their account for a continuous period of 12 months and their balance is zero. Where an account is closed by fd9999 other than for breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
